Measurement overview
Accelicon lab was set up and supported by Accelicon Technologies, inc. in 2007. We mainly focuses on the following tasks:
(1) Provide total measurement solution and lab service for IV/CV/noise/RF measurement modules;
(2) Provide technical support for MBP's measurement modules;
The members of the lab combine semiconductor physics knowledge, modern simulation and design tools, excellent measuring device equipments and many years of experience in handling varied industrial projects.

The measurement capabilities comprise the below areas:
(1) IV/CV standard measurement;
(2) 1/f – noise measurement;
(3) RF corresponding measurement;
(4) Consulting and setting up measurement system.
